Training and Implementation
Our training and implementation team has years of experience working in the shipping industry, and knows all the advanced features and functions found in the CargoSphere application. They’ll train you on how to best use and configure the application and help you work through important business decisions related to workflow and efficiency. Services offered include:
» On-site training Most implementations are kicked off with on-site training of your staff.
» Web-based training The initial on-site training is followed up with custom web-based training to help you rapidly complete your implementation. CargoSphere also offers ‘refresher’ training via the web, as requested.
» Project management and coordination – for larger projects, a CargoSphere project manager is assigned to help plan and manage the system rollout.
In addition to services-based training, CargoSphere offers an “extensive library of on-demand videos to help you fully utilize the CS system and to take advantage of new features. This is great for ongoing training.
